What is the Bay Flats Field Crew?
The Bay Flats Field Crew is our official network of fishing guides, professional anglers, and outdoor storytellers who live and work on the water.
As a Crew Member, you’ll get exclusive access to pro staff discounts, the chance to field test new fishing gear and apparel, and opportunities to collaborate with one of Texas’s top coastal lodges.
Whether you’re a full-time Texas fishing guide, a saltwater captain, or an outdoor content creator, this program connects you with premium gear built for the water—and the community that puts it to the test.
